Final Results 
FAIRFAX, Calif. - The Nevada women's golf team recorded an 11th place finish at the Meadow Club Intercollegiate on Tuesday from the Meadow Club.
Playing in one of the toughest fields it will face all season long, which featured half of the teams ranked 43rd or better, the Wolf Pack carded a team score of 309 on Tuesday. The team's final round score gave them a three-round total of 916, good for 11th place in the 13-team field. Mountain West foe, and the nation's 28th-best team San Diego State, took home the tournament title by finishing at 6-over par. Not a single team in the event finished under par. The Aztecs bested runner-up Brigham Young by four shots.
Freshman Mari Nishiura posted the best final round and overall finish for the Wolf Pack. Nishiura shot a 4-over 76 on Tuesday to record a tie for 26th place. Junior Jordan Keyser had a bounce back performance after a rough outing last week as she placed inside the top 40 in the 75-player field. Keyser carded a 77 on Tuesday and made three birdies during her final round.
Junior Celyn Khoo ended her tournament run at 15-over par overall and tied for 51st place. Sophomore Kaitlin Collom posted one of the low rounds of the day for the Pack with a 5-over 77 and grabbed sole possession of 55th. Collom birdied three holes during her round, including back-to-back birdies on No. 7 and 8. Freshman Katy Rutherford rounded out the Nevada players with a 70th place finish.
My Leander of San Jose State took the individual medalist honors as she finished the tournament at 5-under par. She bested runner-up finisher Kendra Dalton of Brigham Young by three shots. Just five players in the field finished under par.
Nevada will once again have a quick turnaround as it is set to compete in the Fresno State Classic on March 13-14 at San Joaquin Country Club.
