Nevada opens Mountain West play at Fresno State Wednesday night
• After going 11-3 in non-conference play Nevada begins defense of its Mountain West title at Fresno State (10-3) on Wednesday at 7 p.m. The game will air on ESPN3.
• The Wolf Pack claimed the its first MW basketball Championship last season winning the regular season title with a 14-4 mark and also captured the tournament title.
• FS won both the conference game last season and the Pack the meeting at the conference championship in Las Vegas.
• Of the Pack's 1,151 points this season 60.6 (697-of-1,151) percent is from first year players.
• The Martin twins, Caleb (18.7) and Cody (13.7) combine to score 32.4 points per game which is 39.4 percent of the Pack's points.
