San Diego holds a 7-3 lead in the all-time series and has won the last three contests, including an 84-47 win in Reno last year in the season opener. The series began in 1982 with a 74-57 win for San Diego. Nevada has yet to win a game in this series on the road.

ALBRIGHT RETURNS FOR NINTH SEASON
Nevada head coach Jane Albright is back for her ninth season at the helm of the program and her 33rd season as a Division I head coach. Last season with a 70-64 road victory at San Diego State, Albright earned career win No. 500. She has 505 career wins and 108 wins in nine seasons at Nevada. She ranks in the top 35 among active Division I women's coaches in wins.

LAST TIME OUT (L, 80-50 vs. Utah)
• Halie Bergman tied her season-high of 12 points (team high).
• Riana Everidge scored in double figures for the sixth time this season.
• Nevada held a 17-13 lead after the opening 10 minutes.
• The Pack forced Utah into 16 turnovers and turned that into 11 points.
• Ashlee Jones played a season-high 12 minutes and grabbed three boards.
• Pack was near perfect from the free throw line (8-of-9).

SEEING DOUBLE
Sophomore forward Terae Briggs posted her second double-double of the season in the Pack's win over Memphis. Briggs finished the game with a season-high 13 points and 11 rebounds to record the feat. She is the only Nevada player with two double-doubles this season (first was against Portland). She nearly captured her third when she finished with eight points and nine rebounds in the last game against UC Irvine.

POINTS, POINTS, POINTS
Nevada's offense posted 99 points during its road win over Sacramento State. That is the most points in a single game by the Wolf Pack since it scored 99 against San Jose State on Feb. 19, 2014. Nevada has scored 70 points or more in four of eight games so far this season. Nevada's 72.4 points per game average through eight games is in the top 75 in the nation and is second in the Mountain West behind Boise State (77.8).

HOLY SCHMID
Senior Stephanie Schmid had been on fire in her last five games, however her hot streak came to an end against UC Irvine where she scored just five points. To that point Schmid was averaging 18.8 points per game and shooting well above 50 percent. She had scored in double figures in those five games as well. At Sacramento State Schmid posted a career-high 32 points on 12-of-19 shooting, which included five three-pointers. The Illinois native scored 14 of her 32 points in the first quarter alone and had 21 points by halftime, which allowed her to best her previous career-high of 25. Schmid's 32 points were the most by a Wolf Pack player sine Tahnee Robinson scored 32 against Louisiana Tech in February of 2011.

FREE THROWS FOR T Moe
Junior guard T Moe has always been one of Nevada's most consistent shooters from the free throw line and this season is no different. Moe's 40 made free throws through eight games is 27th in the nation and first in the Mountain West. She has missed just three foul shots total, giving her 43 attempts on the young season, which ranks first in the Mountain West. Moe is shooting 93 percent from the line, ranking her just inside the top 15 in the country.

Entering her senior year she has scored just over 1,600 points and averaged 20.6 points, 6.8 rebounds and 5.8 assists as a junior. She will join the team for the 2017-18 season.

THE 500 CLUB
Junior point guard T Moe has eight games under her belt now this season, which is the most she has played in since the 2013-14 campaign. In those first two games she totaled 23 points, which gave her an even 500 for her career. Bitten by injury, the bulk of scoring during her career came during her sophomore year (2013-14) where she finished with 338. For her career she is averaging 10.3 points per game.
