RENO, Nev. – Nevada men’s tennis senior Robert Margitfalvi has been named the Bradley, Drendel and Jeanney Student-Athlete of the Week after helping the Wolf Pack go 2-0 this weekend. Nevada is now 6-0 to start the season, the best start under head coach Sylvain Malroux.

Margitfalvi went 4-0 this weekend at Saint Mary’s and Sacramento State, including two singles victories on court No. 3 and two doubles wins on court No. 2. The Budapest native is now 6-0 in doubles play this spring and 4-1 in singles.

The Wolf Pack is undefeated to begin the spring, with a 25-11 singles record and a 14-3 record in doubles play. With two victories on all three courts in doubles and wins on courts No. 2 and 3 in singles, Margitfalvi has been an integral part of Nevada’s success this season.

Each week while teams are in season, the Nevada Wolf Pack will name one Student-Athlete of the Week based on the previous week’s performance.
