Lauren Wolcott enters her first season with Nevada Women’s Soccer in 2026, arriving in Reno following a highly successful tenure at Stanislaus State, where she played an integral role in elevating the Warriors to conference prominence. She brings a proven record of player development, competitive success, and program-building to the Wolf Pack staff.
Wolcott joined Stanislaus State in 2022 as the program’s top assistant coach before earning a promotion to associate head coach. In just her second season, she helped guide the Warriors to a share of the CCAA regular season title, contributing to one of the program’s strongest campaigns in recent history.
Under her leadership, Stanislaus State produced six All-CCAA honorees, including CCAA Newcomer of the Year Alexis Brewah and CCAA Midfielder of the Year Sabrina Cabrera, both of whom later earned United Soccer Coaches All-West Region recognition in 2023. Across her four seasons in Turlock, the Warriors amassed 39 victories and consistently competed among the conference’s top programs. Wolcott’s impact was further recognized nationally when she was selected to the prestigious United Soccer Coaches 30 Under 30 Class of 2024.
Before transitioning into coaching, Wolcott competed professionally in Portugal for Racing Power Football Club, gaining valuable international experience. Her collegiate playing career began under Coach Evans at Lake Tahoe Community College, where she served as team captain and earned Academic All-American honors.
Prior to LTCC, she was a five-year starter for the University of Colorado women’s club team, earning All-Tournament Team recognition and Offensive MVP honors in her final season. Wolcott graduated from Colorado with a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in molecular, cellular, and developmental biology.
Wolcott also holds a U.S. Soccer Federation C License and brings extensive youth development experience from her time coaching with Boulder County Soccer Club in Colorado.
