SENIOR (2018-19) – Mountain West honorable mention … Named the Mountain West Player of the Week on 12/31 after scoring 24 points in the overtime win over Hawai’i (12/29) … Appeared and started in all 31 games in her senior year … Averaged 30.1 minutes per game and played a career-high 45 minutes in the double overtime game at Utah State (1/2) … Scored a career-best 432 points on the year to average 13.9 points per game, which ranked second on the team and eighth in the Mountain West … Also ranked fifth in the MW in rebounding (7.8 rpg), fourth in field goal percentage (52.6 percent) and was sixth in offensive rebounds (2.7 orpg) and fifth in defensive rebounds (5.1 drpg) … Scored in double figures in 23 games, including a stretch of 10 in a row … Posted five 20-point games and had a career-high 30-point performance at Utah State (1/2) … Totaled 242 rebounds (158 def, 84 off) to average 7.8 per game … Grabbed a career-high 14 rebounds in the win at Colorado State … Led the team with 10 double-doubles on the year, which ranked third in the conference … Had three other games where she fell just one point or rebound shy of recording a double-double … Shot 52.6 percent (160-of-304) from the field, hit 5-of-16 from the 3-point line, and knocked down 72.3 percent (107-of-148) from the free throw line … Also added single season career highs in assists (44) and steals (45) and led the team with 24 blocks … Notched four consecutive double-doubles from Dec. 2-20 … Had 12 games with double digit rebounds … Finished her three years with the Wolf Pack with 993 career points (10.2 points per game) and 692 career rebounds (7.1 rebounds per game), which ranks seventh in program history … Her career field goal percentage of 51.2 percent is fourth in program history and her 279 made free throws is sixth … Also totaled 114 assists, 76 blocks and 100 steals in her 97 games played.
JUNIOR (2017-18) – Played in all 36 games for Nevada, making 17 starts including the last 12 games of the season … Logged 936 minutes on the floor, averaging 26.0 minutes per game … Scored 305 points on the year to average 8.5 points per game … Grabbed 230 rebounds to average 6.4 rebounds per game, which ranked second on the team … Was 1-of-1 from beyond the arc, making a triple in the season opener at Utah (11/10) … Connected on 107-of-212 (50.5 percent) of her shots from the field, which ranked fifth in the Mountain West, and made 67.7 percent (90-of-133) from the free throw line … Dished out 42 assists, led the team with 24 blocks and had 37 steals … Scored in double figures in 14 games, including a season-high 18 points in the win over San Jose State (1/17) … Recorded five double-doubles on the year … Pulled down a season-best 11 rebounds three times, at Seattle (12/9), against Fresno State (12/28) and versus Utah State (2/17) … Blocked a season-high four shots in the WBI opening round win over UC Irvine (3/15) … Had seven double digit rebound games … Scored in all but one game … Played a season-high 38 minutes in the overtime win over Utah State (2/17) … Letter winner.
SOPHOMORE (2016-17) – Appeared in all 30 games and made 15 starts during her first season with the Wolf Pack … Got her first Division I start on the road at San Diego State (1/4) and started in 14 of the next 16 games to close the season … Logged nearly 700 minutes on the floor to average 22.8 minutes per game … Played a season-high 32 minutes at home against New Mexico (1/7) … Scored 256 points on the year, averaging 8.5 points per game … Scored in all but one game … Posted four double-doubles during the season with her first coming in the second game of the year against Portland (11/13) with 10 points and a season-high 14 rebounds … Grabbed 220 rebounds during the year (98 off, 122 def) to average 7.3 rebounds per game, which ranked 10th in the Mountain West … Her 3.3 offensive rebounds per game ranked her fourth in the league … Posted the first 20-point game of her career with 22 points against Fresno State (12/31) and added 11 rebounds … Also during that game she set season highs in free throws going 10-of-11 from the line and blocked four shots … Dished out 28 assists and had 28 blocks, second-most on the team, and 18 steals … Led the Wolf Pack by shooting 49.7 percent (87-of-175) from the field … Attempted three shots from beyond the arc during the year, but did not make any … Connected on 65.6 percent (82-of-125) of her free throws but shot nearly 80 percent during conference play … Had 11 games scoring in double figures and eight games with double digit rebounds … Letter winner.
PRIOR TO NEVADA – Transfer from United Tribes Technical College where she spent one year … During her rookie season she was named the Region XIII most valuable player … Averaged 22.4 points and 12.1 rebounds per game … Aided in her team capturing their first ever Region XIII Championship … Thanks to her play in the NJCAA Region XIII Tournament, she received MVP honors and led her team to the national tournament … In addition to tournament honors she was also named second team all-American for NJCAA Division II and first team all-conference.
HIGH SCHOOL – Attended Plenty Coups High School in Pryor, Mont. where she played for coaches Fanny Ward and Kylie Dust … Earned first team all-state and first team all-district 6C her senior year … Also successful in the classroom as she graduated as her high school class valedictorian and served as student council president … Played two years of AAU ball for the Kaala Babies Basketball traveling team.
PERSONAL – Daughter of Terry Briggs and Janel Spotted Bear … Has five siblings, sisters Crystal, Kimberly, and Terrilyn, and brothers Joshua and Marcus … Has a very basketball heavy family as two of her uncles, two of her aunts and three of her cousins played college basketball … Majoring in human development and family studies and would like to be a family prevention specialist after college … Chose Nevada because it is a prestigious university with a solid Division I women’s basketball program … Lists Wolf Pack great Tahnee Robinson and Michael Jordan as her sports heroes … Also recruited by Rocky Mountain College, Montana State, College of St. Mary, Little Big Horn College and the University of Mary … Most memorable game of her career was the Region 13 Championship game … Volunteers at bible school, plays board games with family and does outdoor sports in her spare time.
