Cody Taybron enters his second season as a Graduate Assistant for Nevada women's basketball in 2024-25. In his role, Taybron is instrumental behind-the-scenes with operations, scouting, practice preparation and other day-to-day elements of the program.Â
Prior to his arrival in Reno, Taybron served as the head manager North Carolina A&T women's basketball. Taybron assisted the coaching staff with scouting reports, film, leading the male practice players, organization of pre-game drills and served as a practice/scout player. In the five games he served as a scout coach for North Carolina A&T, the Aggies won all five of those games.Â
Taybron received his bachelor's degree in sports science and fitness management from North Carolina A&T in May 2023. He is currently working on his master's degree at the University of Nevada.Â
