NEVADA
SENIOR (2020-21) -- 
One of two senior leaders on the team … Great defender who will look to build on seven appearances last season.

JUNIOR (2019-20) -- Played in seven contests in her first season with the Wolf Pack … Played a season-high 19 minutes in the win over Chicago State, scoring four points.

PRIOR TO NEVADA -- Split her two years in the junior college ranks between South Plains College her freshman year and Cochise College her sophomore season … Earned an associate’s degree in general studies from Cochise College … Helped Cochise to a 28-4 overall record in 2018-19, which included a 21-1 mark in conference play, and advanced to the NJCAA Tournament … Started in 31 of 32 games and averaged 8.1 points and 4.2 rebounds per game … Knocked down 41.0 percent of her shots from the field and added 82 assists, 36 steals and 23 blocks … In 32 games played she scored in double figures in 14 of them, including a season-high 17 points against Midland … At South Plains averaged 9.0 points and 5.3 rebounds per game and helped the Lady Texans to a 17-13 record … Scored in double figures in 11 of 30 contests, which included a career-high 21 points vs. Midland.

HIGH SCHOOL -- Graduated from Ellison High School in Killeen, Texas where she was a three-sport athlete in basketball, volleyball and track & field … Helped her team capture two conference titles … Earned two first team all-conference honors and was a McDonald’s All-American nominee … Played AAU for Team Xpress.

PERSONAL -- Daughter of Debbie Hicks and Cedric Bonner and step parents Dexter Hicks and Na’Kea Artis-Bonner … Has five younger siblings, sister Chyla and brothers Mekhill, Cameron, Keenan and Cedric … Her sister, Chyla, plays basketball at a junior college and her father, Cedric, played football at Texas A&M – Commerce and in the NFL … Undecided on a major but plans to minor in French … Would like to become an FBI agent or play basketball overseas after college … Chose Nevada because the people were all welcoming and the department is well supported in other sports … Also recruited by High Point, Hawai’i, Bradley, Radford and Colorado … Lists her mom as her sports hero … The most memorable moment of her pre-Nevada career was her freshman year at South Plains College and getting their first win after a string of losses … Enjoys listening to music, reading poems and babysitting during her free time.
