NEVADA
SENIOR (2023-24):
Competed in all 11 events throughout the season for Nevada, compiling a stroke average of 74.26 across 31 rounds … Had the best performance of his career at the UCSB Gaucho Invitational where he earned a career best finish of tied for fourth after firing off scores of 70-69-69=208 (-8) … Finished tied for 22nd at the Husky Invitational with a 54-hole score of 215 (-1) … Compiled a score of 217 (+1) at the Mark Simpson Colorado Invitational to finish tied for 29th … Closed out his career with a round of even-par in the final round of the Mountain West Championships.
 
JUNIOR (2022-23) -- Finished T-23 at the season-opening USF Invitational, coming in at +4 (71-72-74=217) with an even-par first round (Sept. 12-13) ... Posted second top-25 finish, coming in at T-24 at the Husky Invitational at +7 (73-71-79=223) with one under-par round (Sept. 19-20) … Competed in five of six events in the 2023 spring season … Finished T68 at the Tiger Collegiate Invitational, coming in at +10 (72-81-73=226) … Had his best finish of the year at the PING Cougar Classic, earning a tie for 20th overall after reeling off three consecutive rounds of even par or better (72-72-67=211) … Concluded the year by finishing in a tie for 43rd at the Mountain West Championships at +7 (77-72-74=223) … Compiled a stroke average of 74.07 across 30 rounds. 

SOPHOMORE (2021-22) -- Season stats -- Competed in three events... Shot a career-low round of 71 in The Goodwin... Posted a career-low tournament score +9 in the Wyoming Desert Intercollegiate... Notched his career-best tournament finish, t-59th in the Wolf Pack Classic on Oct. 11-12, 2021.... Made 15 birdies, one eagle, and 96 pars. 

FRESHMAN (2020-21) -- Competed in two events during his rookie season … Played in the season opener, The Prestige, and the National Invitational Tournament … Posted his best finish at the NIT, a tie for 92nd … Totaled 16 birdies and 52 pars on the year … Averaged 76.33 strokes per round through those two events with a season-low round of 73 at The Prestige.

HIGH SCHOOL -- Boasts some impressive finishes on his résumé, including a runner-up showing at the 2018 Callaway Junior in Australia … Has wins at the Western Australian Private Schools Competition and the West Australian ranking event, the Joondalup Open … Recorded second place finishes at the West Australian ranking event, the Seaview Men's Open, and the West Australian ranking event, the Lake Karrinyup Men's Bowl … Youngest winner of the Cottesloe Cup and Club Championship, where he set the club record with rounds of 67 and 70 … Part of the Western Australia Junior Squad for four years and the Western Australia Men’s Squad in 2020.

PERSONAL -- Son of Paul and Yvonne Patterson … Has one older brother, Jack … Majoring in international business and would like to work in human resources or become a professional golfer after college … Also recruited by James Madison, UMKC, UTRGV and Arkansas State … Lists Sam Snead as his golf hero … The most memorable moment of his pre-Nevada career was breaking the club record in the Cottesloe Golf Club Championship qualifying, where he then went on to win the club championship, beating his brother in the 36-hole final … Enjoys working out and running in his free time, as well as having family competitions in putting, darts and ping pong … Quote on why he chose Nevada, “I chose Nevada because I could tell Coach Wilner had confidence in me and we got along well. The golf team is getting better year after year and I am looking forward to being part of a team that is working hard to be the best. The campus looks amazing and I cannot wait to get started as a freshman.”
