REDSHIRT FRESHMAN (2013) - Emerged as a redshirt freshman and made five starts and play in all 12 games … Set a career high at the time with a nine-tackle performance against San Diego State … Finished the season with 4.5 tackles for loss … Recovered first fumble of his career against Hawaii and it came in the end zone for the first touchdown of his career as Nevada beat the Rainbow Warriors … Recorded at least one tackle in each of the last 11 games and had six games with at least five tackles … First career start was at Florida State … Also started against Hawaii, Air Force, San Diego State and San Jose State … Letter winner.

FRESHMAN (2012) - Joined the team as a true freshman and redshirted his first season at Nevada.

HIGH SCHOOL - A graduate of Del Oro High School in Loomis, Calif. … Was a key part of two league and section championships … Was the DII state runners-up … As a senior, was the Sacramento Bee’s Defensive Player of the Year and was also named second-team All-State and second-team All-America by MaxPreps … Was also a first-team all-section and all-metro selection while being named the league’s Defensive MVP … Was a two-time team MVP … Also lettered once in baseball and twice in track and field.
