RENO, Nev. - A full week of fall action is in store for the Wolf Pack this week as Nevada Football kicks off the 2026 season with its home opener this Saturday at Mackay Stadium at 7:30 p.m.
Nevada Soccer returns home, Thursday, for a game against Northern Arizona, before heading to the bay for a matchup against San Francisco. Nevada Volleyball heads over the hill to Sacramento to play a three game slate in the Sacramento State Invitational.

Nevada Football opens its 120th campaign Saturday at 7:30 p.m., hosting Western Kentucky at Mackay Stadium. The game will air on CBS Sports Network with Rich Waltz (play-by-play), Adam Treneman (analyst) and Jordan Giorgio (sideline) on the call.
The radio broadcast of the game will be available on KOZZ 105.7 FM in Northern Nevada, online at www.thevarsitynetwork.com and on the Varsity Network app. John Ramey (play-by-play), Mike Edwards (analyst) and Terrence Newman (sideline) will be on the call, with the 60-minute pregame show to begin at 6:30 p.m.

Nevada Volleyball hits the road this week to play in the Sacramento State Invitational, a three game tournament, playing Sacramento State (0-3) on Thursday night, Saint Mary's (2-1) on Friday evening, and Texas Tech (1-1) on Saturday morning. The Pack are looking to bounce back after two losses last weekend against Portland and Portland State. Highlights from last weekend included
Paige Thies' double double against PSU (20 kills, 14 digs) and
Jess Walkenhorst and Thies' selection to the all-tournament team.

Nevada now shifts its focus to a two‑match week, beginning with a home contest against Northern Arizona on Thursday, Sept. 3 at 6 p.m. at Mackay Stadium. The Pack will then head back on the road for a matchup at San Francisco on Sunday, Sept. 6 at noon. Nevada looks to secure a home win at Mackay before pursuing another result away from Reno.
