RENO, Nev. - Nevada wrapped its five-game home stand with a 14-9 victory over San Francisco Tuesday.

The Wolf Pack (14-8) capitalized on five free passes (four walks, one HBP) in the sixth to put up nine runs, breaking open what was a one-run contest.

Nate Snakenborg's RBI double, one of his team-high three hits on the day, opened the scoring in the frame, making it 6-4. Jack Metcho was hit by a pitch and Rominic Quiban walked to load the bases, and walks to Jayce Dobie and Jacob Doyle forced in runs to up the lead to 8-4.

Jake Harvey highlighted his two-hit, four-RBI day with a bases-clearing double to right-center to make it 12-4, then Jackson Waller put the capper on the frame with a two-run homer to left.

The surge helped seal the first win of the season for reliever Ryan Oakes, who came on for Dobie with one out in the third and proceeded to strike out nine over 3.2 shutout innings.

San Francisco (12-11) got out to an early 4-1 lead against Dobie, with runs in the first and second then two in the third on RBI singles from Matteo Bellisimo and Jordan Lewis.

Nevada tied it up in the bottom of the third, Dobie's two-run single and a sacrifice fly from Doyle making it 4-4. Quiban put the Pack ahead for good in the fourth as his shot to third was too hot to handle, allowing Mikey Cruz Jr. to score.

Brendan Burke had a late three-run homer for the Dons, while Quiban, Harvey, and Cruz each had two hits for Nevada.

The Pack resumes Mountain West play this weekend, traveling to The Palouse for a three-game set starting Friday at Washington State.
