RENO, Nev. - Nevada Men's Tennis opened its 2026 home slate Saturday at McArthur Tennis Center, sweeping Weber State, 7-0.

The Wolf Pack (8-3) quickly secured the doubles point, as Rémy Trégourès and Greg Valente earned a 6-1 win at No. 2 followed by the point-clinching, 6-1 victory from Axel Huysmans and Sebastiano Cressi at No. 3.

Singles went just as smoothly for Nevada. Huysmans defeated Theo Mottier, 6-0, 6-2 at No. 1 while Rayen Hermassi went to a 6-2, 6-0 victory over Dawid Scholtz.

At No. 6, Recoura cruised to a 6-1, 6-0 win and the dual-clinching win came at No. 3 as Valente picked up a 7-5, 6-2 decision.

Nevada begins Mountain West play next weekend, traveling to Boise State for a Friday afternoon dual before closing the trip Sunday morning at Utah State.
