OXFORD, Miss. - Ole Miss put up five first-inning runs in Sunday's series finale, and Nevada could not claw its way back in a 13-2, seven-inning loss.

Nevada (0-3) returns home where it is set to host Utah Valley in the first series of 2026 at Don Weir Field at Peccole Park. The four-game series is scheduled to begin Thursday at 3:05 p.m.

Sunday, Ole Miss (3-0) struck in the first inning for the third-straight day. The first five Rebel batters reached base against Wolf Pack starter Jordan Giacomini, with Judd Utermark's RBI double opening the scoring. Will Furniss brought in Tristan Bissetta and Utermark with a single to left, then Daniel Pacella made it 5-0 with a two-run homer to right.

Sean Yamaguchi got the Pack on the board in the top of the second, leading it off with a solo shot for his first of the year.

Rominic Quiban closed a strong Wolf Pack debut weekend, going 2-for-3 for his second multi-hit game.

Giacomini fell to 0-1, lasting just two-thirds of the first. Eric Valdez went 2.1 innings of relief to pace five Nevada relievers.

Ole Miss starter Wil Libbert struck out seven while holding the Pack to two runs on four hits. At the plate, Utermark doubled twice and joined Furniss and Pacella with two RBIs apiece.
