RENO, Nev. - After dominating San Jose State with an 87-54 victory at Lawlor Events Center on Tuesday evening, Nevada hits the road to Albuquerque, N.M., for a matchup against the New Mexico Lobos on Saturday, Jan. 24 at 5 p.m.
Pack fans can watch the contest on FS1 with Josh Sims (play-by-play) and Dickey Simpkins (analyst) on the call.

UP NEXT
Nevada returns home for back-to-back games in Lawlor Events Center. On Tuesday, Jan. 27, the Pack will face Grand Canyon at 7:30 pm. On Friday, Nevada is set to play in-state rival UNLV, Jan. 30, with tip-off at 7 p.m.
ABOUT NEW MEXICO
The New Mexico Lobos (15-4; 6-2 MW) are coming out with an 83-74 victory over Fresno State (9-10; 3-5 MW) to continue their home win streak. The win over the Bulldogs is the 22nd straight home win.
Jake Hall led the Lobos with his fifth straight double-figure game, with 16 points. Uriah Tenette tied his career high with 15 points while setting a new career-high in steals, with four. Tomislav Buljan had his eighth double-double of the season, with 12 points and 10 rebounds, while Deyton Albury added 11 points to the Lobos.
As a team, New Mexico recorded 43 percent shooting from the field, 29 percent from beyond the arc, and 60 percent from the line. The Lobos were out-rebounded by the Bulldogs, 43-39, but won the steals battle, 18-2.
LAST TIME OUT
Nevada (14-5; 6-2 MW) followed up its win at Air Force by dominating San José State (6-13; 1-7 MW) from start to finish for an 87-54 win on Tuesday evening.
With
Corey Camper Jr. leading the way, followed by four players in double figures, the Pack shot 51 percent from the field, 57 percent from beyond the arc, and 81 percent from the line as a team.
Camper Jr. recorded 19 points and three rebounds. The senior was followed by
Kaleb Lowery,
Tayshawn Comer, and
Peyton White with 12 points apiece. This was Lowery's first game of the season in the double digits.
Once again, Nevada's bench came out strong as they outscored San José State, 34-6. The Pack also won the battle in the paint (32-20) and out-rebounded the Spartans (39-26), with
Elijah Price leading the way with 10 boards.
The Pack continues to be efficient with the ball, recording only five turnovers for the game.
NEVADA'S DEPTH
Nevada's depth has been a key factor in its success this season, as it consistently brings energy to both sides of the ball.
The Pack now has an 8-2 record, with more bench points than its opponents this season.
FRESHMAN SPARK
Nevada's freshmen keep making an impact on the team to help the Pack secure wins this season.
Peyton White has entered all 19 games this season, averaging 16.7 minutes per contest. The freshman recorded a career high of 15 points against UC Davis on Nov. 18 and nine rebounds against UC San Diego on Dec. 2.
Ethan Croley recorded a double-double (11 points and 10 rebounds) in the win against San Francisco on Nov. 28. Croley's performance was the program's first since Darrion Williams against New Mexico in 2023.
Myles Walker has also made an impact in the backcourt of the offense for the Pack. The freshman has 28 assists, 31 points, and 15 rebounds of its own. On the defense, Walker has 12 steals in 17 games played.
PRICE ON THE GLASS
Elijah Price continues to protect the rim and be at the top of the Mountain West in multiple categories. After his 10 rebounds against San Jose State, Price now has 167 total rebounds and ranks first in the Mountain West.
The redshirt sophomore is second in blocks (36, 1.89 per game) and third in offensive (2.79) and defensive (6.0) rebounds per game.
His 19-rebound game on November 12, 2025, set a new career high and stands as one of the top rebounding games in program history.
Price's effort is now the best single-game rebounding performance by a Nevada player under head coach
Steve Alford and the most by any Pack player since Cameron Oliver grabbed 21 boards against UNLV on Feb. 20, 2016.
LEADING THE PACK
Tayshawn Comer and
Corey Camper Jr. continue to lead the Pack offense. Comer has 75 assists and a total of 260 points (13.7 per game), while Camper Jr. has 244 points (16.3 per game) and 61 rebounds (4.1 per game).
Both Comer and Camper Jr. reached career milestones this season. Comer recorded a career high for three-pointers made with four in six attempts at Washington State on Dec. 7, 2025, while also reaching his career high in free throws against Boise State on Dec. 20, 2025, with 13-for-14 made.
Against Wyoming on January 10, Camper Jr. reached 31 points while making 10 field goals to set a new career high.
PACK IN THE RANKINGS
Nevada remains among the Mountain West and the country's best across several statistical categories.
Nevada leads the conference in free throws made per game (19.7), is second in the conference for free-throw attempts per game (25.7), and is third in the Mountain West in blocks per game (4.1).
The Pack is ranked ninth in the country and second in the conference in three-point percentage (39.4).
EFFICIENCY IS KEY
Nevada has been tremendous at taking care of the ball this season, as the Pack has a combined 176 turnovers through 19 games.
The Pack ranks 10th in the nation in fewest turnovers per game (9.3), and the Pack has had 10 or fewer turnovers in 14 of 19 games this season.
