Nevada opens 2026 campaign in SoCal

RENO, Nev. - Nevada Men's Tennis opens its 2026 campaign with three matches in Southern California this weekend.

The Wolf Pack opens with a Saturday doubleheader at Azusa Pacific, with the first dual scheduled for a 9:30 a.m. start with the closer set for 1:30 p.m. The wraparound weekend ends Monday at 11 a.m. at UC Riverside.

Nevada will play on the road all the way up until March 24, when it opens the home slate against Saint Mary's at McArthur Tennis Center.

Nevada is coming off of a 2025 season in which it went 13-10 overall and reached the semifinals of the Mountain West Championship. There, the Pack fell in a 4-3 heartbreaker to top seed Boise State.

Among the Pack's top returners this season are juniors Rayen Hermassi, Rémy Trégourès and Greg Valente, and sophomores Axel Huysmans and Max Contet. Newcomers bolstering the Pack's depth inclue New Mexico transfer Nicolas Recoura and Southern Arkansas transfer Yanis Mimaud.
