RENO, Nev. - Nevada Women's Tennis opens its 2026 season this weekend in Southern California, facing LMU on Friday at 1 p.m. and UC Irvine on Sunday at 11 a.m.
The Pack will play several top contenders this season, taking on No. 65 Florida State and either No. 8 Auburn or No. 76 Tulane in Auburn, Alabama next weekend. The team will have four other road matches against Idaho, Pacific, Santa Clara and Uc Davis, before its first home match against #82 Sacramento State on March 7.Â
Conference play for Nevada will begin a week later on March 13 at Air Force, followed by New Mexico two days later.Â
The Pack will also face No. 57 Boise State (March 27), Utah State (March 29), No. 93 San Jose State (April 12) and No. 80 UNLV (April 17) all on the road.Â
Nevada will have five conference matches at home which include Wyoming (March 20), Colorado State (March 22), Grand Canyon (April 2), No. 44 San Diego State (April 4) and No. 84 Fresno State (April 10).Â
Mountain West Conference Championships will begin on April 22.Â
