Elijah Price has been named the Old Trapper Mountain West Player of the Week, as the conference office announced Monday morning.

Price was sensational this past week for the Pack, helping Nevada earn a 92-83 win over Wyoming on Saturday, while also making his impact in the game against San Diego State on Tuesday.

Price averaged 18.5 points and 11.5 rebounds per game, in addition to knocking down 90 percent of his free throw attempts. He also averaged 2.5 assists, 2.5 steals, and 1.5 blocks across both games to help the Pack.

The Long Beach, Calif. native recorded double-double games against San Diego State, with 17 points and 10 rebounds, and Wyoming with 20 points and 13 rebounds. In the game against the Cowboys, Price set a new career-high in points.Â

Price leads the Mountain West in rebounds (138) and free throws made (84-for-114) and ranks second in offensive rebounds per game (3.13) and blocks (29, 1.81 per game).

The award marks Price's first Old Trapper Mountain West Player of the Week honors in his career.
