RENO, Nev. – Nevada Swimming and Diving head coach
Brendon Bray announced the Wolf Pack's 2025-26 competition schedule, featuring a strong mix of home meets, road contests, and championship events.
The Pack opens the season with its annual
Silver vs. Blue Intrasquad on
Sept. 26, followed by home duals at Lombardi Pool against
Cal State East Bay (Oct. 4) and
UC Davis (Oct. 25).
Nevada then hits the road to face
Fresno State (Nov. 1) before traveling to Houston for the competitive
Phil Hansel Invite (Nov. 19-21). The fall slate wraps up with the
Toyota USA Open (Dec. 3-6) and a home meet against
New Mexico (Dec. 19).
The spring schedule features road trips to in-state rival
UNLV (Jan. 23) and
UCLA (Jan. 31), setting the stage for the championship stretch. Nevada will compete at the
Mountain West Championships (Feb. 18-21), followed by the
Zone E Diving Championships (Mar. 9-11). The season concludes on the national stage at the
NCAA Championships (Mar. 18-21) in Atlanta.
The Pack returns a number of its top athletes from a season ago, including Mountain West event gold medalists
Scarlett Ferris, Enkhkhuslen "Huska" Batbayar, and diver
Bailey Heydra. Ferris successfully defending her 100 back title at the 2025 conference meet to highlight her five-medal performance, while Batbayar claimed the 200 free crown among her four medals, and Heydra took 1-Meter Springboard gold for the second time in her career and took home three medals overall.
Seven Wolf Pack athletes who captured All-Mountain West honors at last year's meet also return in 2025-26.
Nevada will look to build on its tradition of success in the Mountain West while competing against some of the nation's top programs throughout the year.
