RENO, Nev. -Â Nevada student-athletes continued to raise the bar in the classroom in the Spring 2025 semester, posting a combined GPA of 3.278 to eclipse last fall's mark of 3.183.
The Spring 2025 figure was also an increase from the department's GPA of 3.147 last spring.
Twelve Wolf Pack programs posted team GPAs of at least 3.0 for the semester. Women's Golf set the department record for highest term GPA, posting a collective 3.898 with four of the eight team members getting a 4.00 for the semester.
Women's Tennis was next with a 3.705, followed by Women's Swimming & Diving (3.618) and Ski (3.616). Women's Soccer came in at 3.607 to round out the programs above 3.50.
Wolf Pack programs to have hit the 3.0 mark in all eight semesters since the return to in-person learning in Spring 2021 are Women's Golf, Women's Soccer, Women's Swimming and Diving,  Women's Tennis, Women's Basketball (3.474 in Spring 2025), Women's Track & Field (3.449), Softball (3.391), Men's Cross Country (3.415), and Men's Tennis (3.357).
