LIVERMORE, Calif. – Nevada Women's Tennis defeated Art U, 4-0, to extend its win streak to four matches.
 
The Wolf Pack easily won the doubles point with a pair of 6-1 victories coming from flights two and three. Amahée Charrier and Kennedy Robinson defeated Estelle Najean and Paulina Alvarez on court two, while Petra Janigova and Wiem Boubaker defeated Stefani Georgieva and Georgiana Parr on court three. Art U won the top-flight doubles match. Amelija Supulniece and Jessica Plazas defeated Marlene Foerster and Silvia-Maria Costache, 7-6 (4).
 
Nevada quickly cleaned up the singles session to clinch the match. Costache defeated Alvarez, 6-1, 6-1, on court four. On court five, Boubaker swept the first set, before winning a key break to win the match, 6-0, 6-3.
 
Charrier clinched the match for the Pack with an identical score to Boubaker's victory. Charrier defeated Supulniece 6-0, 6-3 in the top-flight singles match.
 
Lou-Anne Guerbert led against Najean on court three, 6-4, 1-1, when the match was abandoned. Robinson also held a 6-3, 2-1 lead over Parr when the match was clinched. Art U's only set win of the singles session came on court two as Plazas led Foerster 6-4, 2-1 at the conclusion of the match.
 
Nevada returns to action on Saturday at 10 a.m. with its rescheduled match against UC Riverside.
