SANTA BARBARA, Calif. – Nevada Men's Tennis falls in Sunday's clash against UC Santa Barbara despite winning the doubles point.

The Wolf Pack faced an uphill battle taking on UC Santa Barbara's five ranked singles players and ranked doubles pair. Despite this, Nevada opened the dual by winning the doubles point.

The Gauchos' ranked pair, Gianluca Brunkow and Dominique Rolland defeated Lucas Hammond and Rayen Hermassi, 6-3, taking an advantage early in the doubles session. Youssef Kadiri and Rémy Trégourès tied the doubles session with their own 6-3 victory, defeating Lucca Liu and Diogo Morais. Paul Théate and Max Contet's thrilling tiebreaker victory over Charlie Underwood and Conrad Brown, 7-6 (6), completed Nevada's comeback to take a 1-0 lead.
