RENO, Nev. - Nevada placed 99 student athletes on the 2024 Spring Mountain West All-Academic list, the conference announced Tuesday.

To be eligible for 2024 Spring academic all-conference honors, student-athletes must maintain a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or better and must have competed in 50 percent of the team's completed varsity contests.

The announcement bolsters the strong classroom performance by Nevada student-athletes during the 2023-24 academic year, in which they combined to post a grade-point average of 3.147.

Among the 13 Nevada programs which posted Spring 2024 GPAs of at least 3.00, women's golf led the way at 3.690, with women's cross country (3.665) and skiing (3.574) right behind it.
