RENO, Nev. - Nevada stayed perfect in Mountain West play Friday, coming back for a 4-2 victory over New Mexico at McArthur Tennis Center.

After dropping the doubles point, then falling behind 2-0 after the first singles decision, the Pack (15-6, 3-0 MW) stormed back, capping the come-from-behind effort with Matheo Coupu's 6-4, 3-6, 6-4 victory at No. 1 over Arda Azkara.

Juan Batalla got the comeback started against New Mexico (7-10, 1-1 MW), making quick work of Rafa Abdulsalam at No. 2, 6-1, 6-4. Satchel Benn evened the match at 2-2 with his third three-set, come-from-behind victory in as many Mountain West matches, beating Daniil Kakhniuk, 2-6, 6-1, 6-4.

Delmas N'Tcha put the Pack on the brink of victory, grinding out two tiebreakers for a 7-6, 7-6 win over Aram Noroozian, before Coupu reached deep to close out Azkara.

Nevada heads to Air Force to close the weekend with an 11 a.m. dual Sunday against the Falcons.
