RENO, Nev. -Â Nevada wraps the week's home-and-home with San José State Thursday night, visiting the Spartans for a 9 p.m. contest.
Thursday night's game will be broadcast on CBS Sports Network, with Joel Godett and Eddie House on the call. Â The game will also be carried over the airwaves in Reno on ESPN Radio 94.5 FM and online through the Varsity Network app, with John Ramey calling the action.
UP NEXT
The Pack takes its second, and final, bye of the regular season, before returning to action Tuesday, Feb. 22, against UNLV, at Lawlor Events Center.
Nevada will then hit the road for a two-game swing to Wyoming (Feb. 26) and Boise State (March 1).
LAST TIME OUT
Nevada captured the first leg of the week's home-and-home with San José State, Tuesday night, downing the Spartans, 81-72.
Will Baker finished just a point shy of his career high, scoring 23 points and going 11-for-13 from the field. Baker scored 10 of Nevada's final 17 points in the contest, helping the Pack pull away from a pesky Spartan squad which hit 14 3-pointers on the night.
Grant Sherfield continued his solid play since returning from a foot issue that kept him out for three games, scoring 21 points and dishing out eight assists, while going 5-for-5 from the line.
SCOUTING SAN JOSÉ STATE
San José State (7-18, 0-13 MW) has lost 13-straight heading into Thursday's return game against the Wolf Pack.
Omari Moore leads the Spartans with 13.3 points per game, and is the only player averaging in double figures. Trey Smith is averaging 8.8 points per game and has hit a team-best 46 3-pointers, tied with Tibet Gorener.
WHAT A LAST FIVE FOR CAMBRIDGE JR.

Desmond Cambridge Jr. has been absolutely on fire over Nevada's past fivegames, averaging 22.2 points and 6.8 rebounds while shooting 54.2 percent from the field and an incredible 60.0 percent (24-for-40) from 3-point range.
Over the games the week of Feb. 7-13, a split against Colorado State and at Utah State, Cambridge Jr. averaged 31.5 points while shooting 74.2 percent (21-for-32)overall, and 72.2 percent (13-for18) from 3-point range.
Cambridge Jr. has also ratcheted up the defensive intensity, this season. Not only does he draw the assignment of defending the opponent's top guard, but, in Mountain West play, he leads Nevada in blocks (19) and steals (21), while ranking second in blocks and third in steals in the conference in MW-only games.
BAKER DOMINATING THE PAINT

Will Baker nearly had himself a career night Tuesday night against the Spartans, going 11-for-13 from the field for 23 points. The total was just one point shy of his career high of 24, set Nov. 18 at San Francisco. In the Mountain West season, Baker is averaging 11.9 points and 6.2 rebounds while shooting 56.3 percent from the field.
