DAVIS, Calif. - Nevada women's tennis suffered its first defeat of the spring, falling, 4-0, at UC Davis, to split the weekend.

The Pack's No. 2 doubles tandem of Mariana Campino and Selina Turulja picked up Nevada's lone victory of the day, defeating the UC Davis team of Sara Tsukamoto and Lauren Ko, 7-5.

But UC Davis (2-1) captured the other two matches to claim the doubles point, then grabbed three singles wins at Nos. 1-3 to clinch the match.

At positions 4-6, the Pack was very competitive, as Campino (No. 4), Turulja (No. 5), and Mathilde Sarcelet (No. 6) each captured the first set of their respective matches, before the matches went unfinished after UC Davis' clinch.

The Pack (3-1) returns to action in two weeks, traveling to Sacramento State Feb. 11. First serve is scheduled for 1 p.m.
