SPOKANE, Wash. - Nevada closed its weekend in Spokane with a 4-3 comeback victory over Idaho.

The Pack (5-1) got four singles victories to overcome dropping the doubles point earlier in the dual. Juan Batalla (No. 2), Satchel Benn (No. 4), Loris Zisswiller (No. 5), and Delmas N'Tcha (No. 6) proved Nevada's depth, picking up the four key wins, including three in the Nos. 4-6 spots.

In those spots, Benn fought to a three-set win, 6-3, 3-6, 6-1, over Idaho's Mario Duron, while at Nos. 5 and 6, Zisswiller (6-3, 6-0) and N'Tcha (6-4, 6-2) grabbed straight-sets wins.

Batalla, at No. 2, also picked up a straight-sets win, 6-3, 6-4, over Bruno Casino.

Nevada returns to action next Saturday, Jan. 29, for a 10 a.m. match at UC Davis.
