DAVIS, Calif. – The University of Nevada had two players advance to the singles finals at the UC Davis Aggie Invitational this weekend. The Wolf Pack are scheduled to play in the ITA All-American Championships in Tulsa next weekend.
Senior
Julien Evrard advanced to the A singles final with a win over Santa Clara's Jesus Baraias Tapiac 6-3, 2-6 and 6-4. In the final Evrard fell 7-5, 6-1 to Semen Pankin of Portland. On the weekend he was 3-1.
In the B singles
Daniel Dudockin had to knock of teammate
Benjamin Campi the semifinals 6-7, 7-6 and 6-3 to reach the finals. Campi fell 6-1, 6-3 to Andrei Voglin from UC Davis. On the weekend he was 4-1. Campi was 3-1 in the first action of the season for the Pack.
Delmas N'Tcha posted a 2-1 record in his singles play and
Gvidas Motuzas was 1-2.
