RENO, Nev. – The University of Nevada women's tennis team had a perfect first day at the Wolf Pack Invitational at the McArthur Tennis Center on Friday winning all 11 singles matches.  It is the first fall event hosted at the McArthur Tennis Center.  The Wolf Pack won six singles matches from Sacramento State and the five against Stanislaus State.  Of the 11 matches 10 were won in straight sets.   
 
The Pack will face Stanislaus State at 10 a.m. on Saturday and Sacramento State at approximately 3 p.m.  Stanislaus State and Sacramento State will play 20 minutes after the conclusion of the 10 a.m. match.
 
Freshman Liza Mintusova scored a 6-4, 6-4 victory over Sacramento State's Ege Tomey and then dominated Stanislaus State's Ashley Isaac 6-1, 6-1.   Roos van Reek defeated her Hornet opponent 6-3, 6-4 and then downed Megan Hagerty of Stanislaus State 6-3, 6-1.
 
Sophomore Selina Turulja needed three sets to down the Hornets' Paige Alder by scores of 2-6, 6-4, 10-3.  Another of the Pack freshmen, Carla Del Barrio won 7-5, 7-5 in the victory over Frana Ugarkovic of Sacramento State and 6-1, 6-0 in the Stanislaus State match.
 
Antastaysha Gorbecheva won her first match 6-2, 6-1 over the Honrnet's Shauna Casey.  Gorbecheva took the second match 6-1, 6-0.  Anastasia Luneva played just one match as Stanislaus State had one five player.  Luneva defeated Sacramento State's Megan Tagaloa 6-4, 6-0.
