RENO, Nev. – On Friday night, Nevada (2-8, 1-2 MW) dropped its Mountain West showdown at New Mexico (6-4, 2-1 MW) 3-1 on Friday night. Sophomore
Casey Crawford scored her first collegiate goal in the second half, ending the shutout by New Mexico.
The Wolf Pack will travel to face San Diego State this Sunday, with kickoff slated for 12 p.m. The match will be livestreamed on the Mountain West Network.
Nevada totaled 11 shots on the night with five on goal. Five of the Pack's shots came from freshman
Gabby Brown, while Crawford's goal was her lone one of the night.
The sophomore midfielder's goal came in the 77th minute, after collecting a tipped ball from freshman
Lizzy Hairston, put a could touches on the ball before blasting it past the keeper into the top right corner.

Kendal Stovall totaled nine saves on the night, including multiple jaw-dropping fingertip saves in the match. She totaled four in the first half and five in the second.
