RENO, Nev. – Playing at the Lakeridge Tennis Club in Reno, Nevada, the Wolf Pack (10-3) defeated the University of Idaho (6-7) 4-2 on Sunday afternoon. It was the first match played in Reno this season by the Pack.

The Pack won all three doubles matches by default to come right out of the gate with the first point of the day. Nevada sits with a dominating 27-6 doubles record on the season as a team.

Singles play began with a Nevada victory, as Julien Evrard picked up his team-high fifth victory on court No. 1 after defeating Carlos Neto Longhi 6-3, 6-2. Fellow sophomore Kostya Nesterenko secured a 3-0 lead for the Pack by defeating Mark Kovacs 7-6, 6-1 on court No. 2.

Idaho snagged two consecutive points to cut Nevada's lead to 3-2 after victories on court No. 3 and 4, but Augustin Delahodde clinched the Pack's 10th victory of the season on court No. 5 to win the match 4-2.

Nevada will stay home and play at the McArthur Tennis Center next weekend when it faces the University of Montana at 11 a.m.
