RENO, Nev. – Nevada women's tennis head coach
Guillaume Tonelli has added freshman Roos van Reek, who will be joining the team in time for the spring season.
"Roos is joining us this spring with an amazing attitude. Since the first day I spoke to her, I knew she would fit in perfectly," said Tonelli. "She is full of energy, smiles all the time, and is a very hard worker. Roos loves the team aspect of college tennis, and I predict very good things for her. I cannot wait to get the season started with her."
A native of the Netherlands, van Reek brings national and international experience. Van Reek represented her country at the Summer Cups and European Championships in the under 14 division.
The Wolf Pack concluded its fall tournament schedule in November, and will be back in action on Jan. 18 to begin the spring season with a match at the UC San Diego Tritons.
