RENO, Nev. - The University of Nevada men's tennis team (6-8, 1-1 MW) plays two Mountain West road matches this weekend at intrastate rival UNLV (12-7, 0-2 MW) on Friday and at San Diego State (5-12, 1-1 MW) on Sunday.

The UNLV match is part of the Governor's Series. Since 2012, the Wolf Pack and Rebels have faced off in the Governor's Series, presented by NV Energy and Barrick Gold. Adding to the longstanding rivalry, the Governor's Series matches up the two schools across the board in every sport along with the Academic Progress Rate. Each sport is worth three points, with points being split amongst the games, matches and championships throughout the season.

Freshman, Kostya Nesterenko, leads the Wolf Pack in singles with a 16-12 record and is on a six match win streak. Julien Evrard (13), Jonathan Aremon (12), Mile Cilic (11), Robert Margitfalvi (11) and Peter O'Donovan (11) have also won double figure singles matches.

Doubles partners, Cilic and Nesterenko are 8-4 on the season while Margitfalvi and O'Donovan are 8-6 in doubles play.
