Nevada women's basketball guard T Moe, has been named the January Wolf Pack Student-Athlete of the Month. Moe has exhibited great dedication towards her academics like she does on the court. Moe is currently working on her master's in educational leadership. She graduated with her undergraduate degree in human development and family studies in May of 2016. Moe graduated with a 3.139 cumulative grade point average during her undergraduate career and had a career best 3.900 semester GPA for the fall of 2016, as it was her first semester in the educational leadership program.
Moe has been a big contributor to the 2016-17 Nevada women's basketball program after making her return to the court from a season-ending knee injury in 2015-16. Moe has started in all but one game this season. During the month of January, Moe was able to help her team to its first Mountain West win of the season over Air Force on Jan. 18 where she scored 11 points. Moe has averaged 6.6 points, 3.5 assists and 4.2 rebounds per game over the month of January.
