Nevada's "Countdown to Kickoff" series opens today and continues each day with items you need to know about the 2016 Wolf Pack football season.
RENO, Nev. - Wolf Pack Sports Properties has announced a number of upcoming fan promotions for the 2016 Nevada football season.
Two of the four promotions are geared towards children in eighth grade of younger, per NCAA rules. The Scheels Junior Broadcaster allows one young Wolf Pack fan per game the chance to join Ryan Radtke on-air during the pre-game radio show. The junior broadcaster will also receive four tickets to the game and Wolf Pack apparel. Fans can sign up online at this link, or by visiting Scheels, located at the Legends at Sparks Marina.
Fidelity Investments is also providing one lucky child, in eighth grade or under, each game the opportunity to be the Honorary Tee Retriever. Each week's winner will receive a jersey, four tickets and a chance to run on the field after a kickoff. Parents can register their children by following this link.
COIT Cleaning and Restoration Services is offering one avid Pack fan per home game the chance to win a true VIP Experience. The winner will receive a reserved table for eight at the fully catered Bud Light Tailgate Show on the south end of Mackay Stadium to go along with eight game tickets. Winners will be drawn on the Don Marchand Sports Hour on Fridays from 3 - 4 p.m. on ESPN 94.5 FM. Additional information can be found here.
