NEVADA HOSTS UTAH STATE ON FAN APPRECIATION DAY WEDNESDAY
• Nevada (16-10, 8-6 MW) hosts Utah State (13-12, 5-9 MW) on Fan Appreciation Day, Wednesday.
• The Wolf Pack is seeking a season sweep after winning 89-84 on Jan. 30. Just the fourth win in 22 games in Logan, Utah.
• Nevada is 9-2 at Lawlor Events Center and the Aggies are 4-7 on the road.
• USU has won three of the last four games played in the series and Nevada has won four of the last seven games played between the two schools.

STATS OF NOTE
• Senior Marqueze Coleman has scored 1033 career points at Nevada to rank 25th in school history and needs two points to move into 24th and seven to take over 23rd.
• Coleman has scored 20 or more points in 11 games this season.
• Nevada is tied for 12th, as the most improved team in NCAA I.
• Cameron Oliver set the MW record with 24 rebounds in the win over Fresno State. Oliver posted a 20-20 game as he also scored 20 points in the overtime win. At UNLV he had another monster rebound game finishing with 21 and scored 14 points for his fifth double-double.
• The Pack leads the MW and is fourth in the country averaging six blocks per game.

WOLF PACK LAYUPS

TEAM NOTES
• Nevada's 16 wins is seven more than the nine the team had last season when the squad posted a 9-22 mark.

• The Wolf Pack's eight Mountain West victories is three more than the five all last season and the second most since joining the conference in 2012-13. The Pack won 10 MW games in 2012-13 to finish tied for third.

• The Pack is 9-2 at Lawlor Events Center this season and went 7-8 each of the last two seasons at LEC.

• Nevada has started 12 different lineups this season.

• The Wolf Pack's 89-84 victory at Utah State was just the fourth in 22 games played in Logan.

• Nevada is 7-3 in games decided by five points or less and 2-1 in overtime games.

• Nevada is tied for the 12th best improved team over last season

• The fifth-largest crowd at Lawlor Events Center (11,341) saw the Wolf Pack top UNLV 65-63 on Jan. 23, the largest crowd since 11,462 fans packed into the arena on March 3, 2007 against New Mexico State.

• Nevada's 16-10 record is its best overall record after 26 games since joining the Mountain West in 2012-13.

• Nevada tops the MW in blocks per game (6.0), defensive rebounds per game (28.73), free throws made (487), total blocks (157) and rebounds per game (41.58). The Pack is second in field goal percentage defense (39.1), free throw percentage (73), offensive rebounds per game (12.85) and 3-pt field goal percentage defense (31.6).

• Nevada is fourth in the country with six blocks per game and ninth with 157 total blocks. The Pack had a season-high 11 blocks at Oregon State.

• The Wolf Pack is only one of two teams in the Mountain West, UNLV being the other, that ranks in the top three in blocked shots (6.0 bpg), steals (7.3 spg) and field goal percentage defense (39.1%)

• The Wolf Pack has had four or more players score in doubles-figures 12 times this season. A season-best seven players scored in double figures against Fresno Pacific.

• Nevada has five players averaging double figures led by senior Marqueze Coleman's 17.2 points per game. D.J. Fenner (13 ppg), Cameron Oliver (11.4 ppg), Tyron Criswell (10.8 ppg) and Eric Cooper, Jr. (10.1 ppg) round out the double-figure scorers. The five players combine to score 82 percent of the Pack's points (1626-of-1981) and average 62.5 points per game.

• In 16 games this season, the Pack's bench has outscored the opponent's. Against Holy Names the bench scored 73 points and the Hawks totaled just 57. Nevada's bench totaled 62 points in the Fresno Pacific victory.

• Nevada's 119 points in the victory over Fresno Pacific is the most for the Wolf Pack since scoring 120 in a win over Loyola Marymount on Nov. 29, 1991 at Lawlor Events Center.

• The Pack set a new program record with 73 points in the second half against Fresno Pacific. It's the most since scoring 71 in the second half against Northwestern State on Dec. 19, 1991.

COACH MUSSELMAN NOTES
• Musselman has coached against two former players this season that are now head coaches; Wayne Tinkle at Oregon State and Craig Neal at New Mexico. Both played for Musselman in the CBA for the Rapid City Thrillers.

• After coaching over 900 games at the professional level first-year head coach Eric Musselman won his first as a college head coach when the Wolf Pack defeated Coastal Carolina 73-56 to begin the season.

• Musselman became the fifth Wolf Pack head coach to win his season-opener since Nevada moved to NCAA Division I when the Pack defeated Coastal Carolina 73-56.

• Musselman tied the Nevada record for the best start by a first-year Nevada head coach after five games in the NCAA I era when he led the Wolf Pack to a 4-1 start.

Marqueze Coleman NOTES
• Senior Marqueze Coleman scored over 30 points for the third time this season with a game-high 31 at UNLV and grabbed a career-high 10 rebounds to record his first double-double at Nevada. Coleman also made a career-high four 3-pointers at UNLV.

• Is the 25th player in school history to score 1,000 points and his 1,033 is two back moving into 24th and seven from taking over 23rd.

• Coleman's 20 free throw attempts in the UNLV game tied the school record and is tied for the third most in MW history in a conference game. The school record attempts is tied with three others, with the last one being AJ West against San Jose State last season. Coleman made 15 which tied his career high set earlier this season at Hawai`i.

• A total of 11 times this season Coleman has scored 20 or more points in a game, which includes three 30 plus point games. In seven-of-14 MW games he has scored 20 or more points.

• Coleman's 160 made free throws ranks 14th and his 210 free throws attempted ranks 15th in the nation. In 10 games this season he has attempted 10 or more free throws in a game. Coleman averages 6.2 made free throws on 8.1 attempts per game.

• Has set career season highs in points (448), free throws made (160), 3-pointers made (22), rebounds (121) and field goals made (133).
• Coleman has had seven games this season where he has totaled five or more assists. His career-high 11 in the HNU game is the high in the MW this season.

• This season, Coleman scores 67 percent of his points (301-of-448) after halftime.

• Coleman's 17.2 points per game is nearly double his career average of 9.1.

• Coleman scored 22 or more points in each of the Pack's first three MW games. His 17.2 points on the season is fifth in the MW and 17.4 points per game in conference play is also fifth.

• Coleman produced back-to-back 30 plus point games with 34 at Hawai`i and 31 at Pacific.

Cameron Oliver NOTES
• Freshman Cameron Oliver set a MW record with 24 rebounds in the win over Fresno State and scored 20 points to post a 20-20 game which helped him earn MW Player of the Week honors.

• Oliver again had a 20 rebound game with a game-high 21 at UNLV and added 14 points for his fifth double-double of the season.

• Oliver leads the MW averaging 2.4 blocks per game. Nationally he ranks 21st in blocks per game and 19th with 65 total blocks. At Oregon State he blocked a season-best five shots.

• Oliver has block in all but one game and has tallied two or more swats in 19 contests this season.

• Third in the MW averaging 8.6 rebounds per game.

• Averages a double-double in MW play, 12.2 points and a league-high 10.1 rebounds per game.

• Oliver has five double-doubles this season; vs. Santa Clara (11 pts, 10 rebs), at Air Force (12 pts, 12 rebs), at Utah State (16 pts, 10 rebs), vs. Fresno State (20 pts, 24 rebs) and at UNLV (14 pts, 21 rebs).

Tyron Criswell NOTES
• Senior Tyron Criswell is 15th in the Mountain West averaging 5.9 rebounds per game.

• Criswell has registered four double-doubles this season in Wolf Pack victories; vs. Drake (10 pts, 12 rebs), at Wyoming (19 pts, 10 rebs), vs. UNLV (10 pts, 12 rebs) and vs. FS (13 pts, 10 rebs). His rebound totals in the Drake and Wyoming contests were game highs.

• Tied his career high with four blocks in the FS overtime win.

• Two of the double-doubles came in back-to-back games at Wyoming and vs. UNLV.

• In three consecutive road games he scored 19 points at Air Force, Wyoming and Utah State then totaled nine at Colorado State.

D.J. Fenner NOTES
• Junior D.J. Fenner is currently 14th in the MW averaging 13 points per game.

• Tied his career high with 24 points in the FS home win. Also had 24 points at Oregon State this season and at Pacific last year. Four career 20-point games.

• Led the Pack in scoring in three consecutive games; 18 vs. AF, 24 vs. FS and 16 at SJSU.

• Set career highs in points (339), rebounds (126), field goals (118) and 3-pointers (39). The 39 made 3-pointers is triple the 13 he made last season after making none his freshman year.

• Scored a game-high 21 points at Utah State, 15 in the second half.

• Fenner's 13 points per game is 5.2 more than his career average of 7.8 per outing.

ERIC COOPER, Jr. NOTES
• Eric Cooper, Jr. scored a career-high 24 points at UNLV in 39 minutes off the bench.

• Scored in double figures in 6 of the last 7 road games that includes a stretch of five in a row.

• Led the team with 14 points at Colorado State. Scored in double figures in eight of the last 12 games.

• Tied his career and season high with four made 3-pointers at CSU.

• Cooper has made a 3-pointer in 21-of-26 games this season and three or more in 10 games.

INDIVIDUAL NOTES
• Elijah Foster reached double figures for the first time scoring 11 points in the AF win.

• Foster played a career-high 34 minutes at UNLV.

• Freshman Lindsey Drew is third in the MW averaging 1.6 steals per game.
