PHOENIX - The University of Nevada (2-3) men's tennis team dropped is first match of three scheduled in Arizona, 4-1 to Grand Canyon University (5-4) at the Paseo Racquet Center on Thursday. The Wolf Pack fell to 2-3 while the Antelopes improved to 5-4.

Nevada's point in the match came in doubles play winning the two completed matches. Mile Cilic and Peter O'Donovan downed Mathieu Rojaonah and Adrian Legarreta 6-4 in #2 doubles. The #3 doubles match went to Ryan Andrada and Ryan Margitfalvi as they defeated Mitch Maroscher and Meidy Chazeau 6-2.
GCU won the four completed singles matches to take the match 4-1. Cilic lost the #2 singles match in three sets 3-6, 6-3 and 6-3 to Felix Schueller that clinched the match for the Antelopes.
O'Donovan dropped the #3 singles match in straight sets 6-2, 7-6 to Alexander Roggenkamp. GCU's Rojaonah defeated Robert Allan 6-1, 6-0 in the #4 singles match. Justin Cvitanovic knocked off Aaron Breust 6-0, 6-0 on court 6.
