RENO, Nev. -After picking up its first win of 2015 last weekend at the Molten Classic in Berkeley, Calif., the Nevada volleyball team travels to the Portland Tournament where they will take on UP on Friday, Sept. 4, at 5 p.m. before facing Portland State at 11 a.m. and UC Riverside at 3 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 5.
The Wolf Pack went 1-2 last weekend at the Molten Classic which included a convincing 3-0 sweep over Eastern Washington for its first win of the season. The win also marked the first head coaching victory for Lee Nelson, who comes to Reno after spending the last three seasons at Miami where he helped take the Hurricanes to three-straight NCAA Tournaments.
Sophomore outside hitter Madison Foley was a top performer for the Pack last weekend at the Molten Classic where she compiled 29 kills, 23 digs and four service aces over three matches.

• Foley had season-highs and match-highs in kills (12) and points (12.5) in the Wolf Pack's 3-0 win over Eastern Washington on Saturday where she registered six kills in the deciding third set en route to the victory.
• Against Seattle on Saturday, Foley led another third set charge, this time with the Pack trailing 2-0 in the match, with seven kills, five digs and two aces
Top Returners
• Despite losing three seniors from last year's squad, the Pack returns starters Sam Willoughby in the middle, libero Kara Kasser and setter Lyndsey Anderson.
• Willoughby led Nevada last season in both hitting percentage (.283) and with 34 service aces for the top serving team in the Mountain West.
• Kasser's 311 digs paced the Pack's play in the back row while Anderson, who played with the MW Volleyball All-Stars in the Europe this summer, led the team with 801 assists to also rank ninth in the conference.
