SAN DIEGO (AP) Aqeel Quinn and Dwayne Polee II each scored 12 points in their final home game and San Diego State beat Nevada 67-43 Saturday night to earn a share of the Mountain West Conference title for the fourth time in five seasons.
Although the Aztecs (24-7, 14-4) shared the title with Boise State, the Broncos will have the No. 1 seed in the MWC tournament because they swept the Aztecs, who will be the No. 2 seed.
Winston Shepard added 11 for SDSU. Fans flooded the court and confetti fell from the rafters after the final buzzer.
Marqueze Coleman scored 10 for Nevada (9-21, 5-13), which will be the No. 10 seed in the tournament. AJ West and Robyn Missa had 10 rebounds apiece.
Aztecs freshman Malik Pope had two highlight-reel slam dunks as well as three blocked shots and a 3-pointer.
Pope had consecutive slam dunks during an 8-0 run in the first half that gave the Aztecs control in the first half.
Pope blocked a shot by D.J. Fenner and then took a pass from Trey Kell for a monster slam dunk. On the next possession he had another slam dunk on an alley-oop pass from Matt Shrigley.
Angelo Chol followed with a jump hook for a 19-7 lead.
SDSU led 37-20 at halftime.
Shepard scored on SDSU's first two possessions of the second half for a 41-23 lead.

San Diego State: Dwayne Polee II, Aqeel Quinn, JJ O'Brien and Ryan Staten were honored on Senior Night. ... Junior forward Skylar Spencer was honored before the game for setting the school's career record for blocked shots with 216. He extended the record to 217 with a block in the second half.

Nevada will be the 10th seed in the MWC tourney and plays on Wednesday.
San Diego State earned a first-round bye and will play its first game Thursday night against the winner of the game between the No. 7 and 10 seeds.
Men's Basketball Postgame Notes
Nevada is 9-21 overall and 5-13 in Mountain West play after falling 67-43 at conference co-champion San Diego State (24-7, 14-4) tonight.
Nevada is the 10th seed in next week's MW Championship and plays #7 UNLV (17-14, 8-10 MW) on We1dnesday at 2:30 p.m. in Las Vegas.
The two teams split the two games this season with each winning on the road. Wednesday's game will determine three points that are awarded in the Governor's Series between the two intrastate rivals.
SDSU won both meetings this season and leads the series 10-3. The Aztecs have won the last six five games.
Junior guard Marqueze Coleman was the only Nevada player to score in double figures finishing with 10 off the bench. Coleman had 12 off the bench on Wednesday versus Colorado State.
Coleman has scored in double figures 15 times on the season which ranks second on the team.
Junior AJ West and freshman Robin Missa tied for game-high honors with 10 rebounds. It was West's 15th double figure rebound game of the season and the first for Missa who posted a career high tonight.
West has now posted a game-high in rebounds in 21 games this season.
West blocked four shots. He has a block in all but two games this season and two or more in 18 games.
West moved past JaVale McGee into fifth with his 123 career blocks. McGee had 122 in his two seasons at Nevada.
Nevada won the rebounding battle for the 20th time this season.
Head coach David Carter is now 98-96 in his sixth season at Nevada and 18-34 in his third season of MW play.
