Final Results Get Acrobat Reader

PALM DESERT, Calif. - Junior Kit Carson carded a final round 75 on Sunday as the Nevada men's golf team took 10th in the 24-team Wyoming Cowboy Desert Invitational at the Classic Club course.

Carson's 75 gave him a 4-over 220 for the tournament as he tied for 23rd, his best finish of the year. Sophomore Nick Fuller was two shots back of Carson and tied for 34th in his first Division I tournament and Wolf Pack debut.

Freshmen Jooho Lee (T-68th) and Grant Booth (T-77th) were next for the Pack and senior Nicholas Smits came in a tie for 87th.

TCU won the team title by a stroke over Texas Tech with Denver third and Kansas State fourth. Texas Tech's Clement Sordet took home medalist honors by four strokes with an 11-under 205 for the tournament.

The Wolf Pack returns to action in a week at the Del Walker Invitational hosted by Long Beach State.
