NEVADA HOSTS HOLY NAMES MONDAY ON N7 NIGHT
• Nevada (4-2) hosts Holy Names (1-6) on Monday on N7 Night as the Wolf Pack will wear their turquoise jerseys in celebration of Native American Heritage Month. The jerseys created by Nike feature Wolf Pack in script on the front.
• The Wolf Pack's two-game win streak was snapped at Cal State Fullerton on Saturday in an 75-66 loss to the Titans.
• Monday's meeting with Holy Names will be the first on the basketball court for the two teams. HNU is an NCAA II school located in Oakland, Calif. that competes in the Pac West Conference.
• For the first time this season senior guard Marqueze Coleman and junior guard D.J. Fenner did not score in double figures totaling 13 combined points at Cal State Fullerton. Coleman who was averaging 24 points scored eight. Fenner scored five points after entering the game averaging 15.
• The Holy Names game is just the second home contest for Nevada in the first seven games of the season. The Wolf Pack return to the road on Saturday at Oregon State.

WOLF PACK LAYUPS


• First-year head coach Eric Musselman's 4-1 start equals the best by a first-year head coach at Nevada since the Wolf Pack moved to NCAA I in 1969-70. Mark Fox (2004-05) also posted a 4-1 record to start his Pack coaching career.

• After coaching over 900 games at the professional level first-year head coach Eric Musselman won his first as a college head coach when the Wolf Pack defeated Coastal Carolina 73-56 to begin the season.

• Three Nevada players are averaging double figures; Marqueze Coleman (21.3 ppg), D.J. Fenner (13.3 ppg) and AJ West (10.2 ppg). Tyron Criswell (9.7 ppg) is less than a point from joining them in double figures.

• Senior Marqueze Coleman produced back-to-back 30 plus point games with 34 at Hawai`i and 31 at Pacific. Coleman's 21.3 points per game ranks third in the MW and 24th in NCAA I. Coleman scored 20 or more points in four consecutive games until his nine at Cal State Fullerton

• Coleman's 52 free throws made is fifth and 62 attempted sixth in NCAA I. He is attempting 10.3 free throws per game and making 8.7. In the first four games of the season he went to the free throw line double figures.

• Coleman played all 50 minutes at Pacific and D.J. Fenner 48 minutes.

• Nevada's three wins away from Reno this season is one more than the team totaled all last season going 2-11 in true road games and 0-3 at neutral sites.

• Nevada has started four different lineups in six games this season.

• The only time West came off the bench this season, in the Portland State game he scored a season-high 16 points and grabbed eight rebounds.

• West has recorded double-doubles three times this season; vs. Coastal Carolina (12 pts, 11 rebs), vs. Montana State (11 pts, 12 rebs) and at Pacific (11 pts, 16 rebs). He has 19 career double-doubles.

• Nevada is averaging seven blocks per game to lead the MW and rank third nationally.

• As a team Nevada is second in the MW and is 31st in the country with a 36.8 field goal percentage defense. The Pack is tops in three-point field goal percentage (26.2%) defense in the conference and 25th in NCAA I.

• Of Coleman's 128 points this season 94 have been scored after halftime which is 73%. He scored 32 of his career-high 34 at Hawai`i after the break.

• Coleman scored 15 of Nevada's 20 points in the two overtimes at Pacific. He had eight in the first OT and seven the second OT period.

• Coleman's 34 points is the high by a Pack player since Malik Story scored 35 points at home against Yale on Dec. 28. The last 30-point game at Nevada came on Jan. 22, 2014 at Fresno State when Deonte Burton scored 32 points and Cole Huff had 31 in a 96-86 double overtime Wolf Pack victory.

• Nevada is even with opponents in the first half of games scoring and allowing 186 points. After halftime the Pack holds a plus 34 advantage (272-238) which includes a 20-17 edge in overtime.

• Coleman and AJ West were named to the Outrigger Resorts Rainbow Classic all-tournament team.

• Freshman guard Lindsey Drew returned to the starting lineup at Pacific after missing the game at Hawai`i with an ankle injury he suffered against MSU. Drew scored a season-high eight points at Cal State Fullerton. At Pacific he had a season-best eight rebounds.

• Eric Cooper, Jr. led the Pack with a season-high 19 points at CSUF. It is the third time he reached double figures this season second in a row after totaling 11 against Portland State. His three, 3-pointers at CSUF is tied with Fenner for the most by a Pack player this year.

• Freshman Cameron Oliver is averaging 8.2 points, 6.8 rebounds and 2.3 blocks per game in 24.5 minutes per game. Oliver has made two road starts at Pacific and Cal State Fullerton. Oliver leads the MW and ranks 44th in NCAA I averaging 2.33 blocks per game.

• Nevada has won the rebounding battle in all six games; 46-45 vs. CCU, 40-33 vs. MSU, 38-37 at UH, 61-55 at Pacific, 42-40 vs. PSU and 40-37 at CSUF.

• Five Pack players scored in double figures in the win over Montana State; Coleman (20 pts), Fenner (17 pts), Oliver (13 pts), West (11 pts) and Cooper, Jr. (11 pts). Nevada had four in doubles figures against CCU, at Pacific and vs. PSU. Three reached double figures at Hawai`i.

• Coleman and Fenner scored in double figures the first five games of the season but that streak ended at for both players at Cal State Fullerton.
