RENO, Nev. - Nevada head women's basketball coach Jane Albright and her staff will host a professional development session entitled 'Whiteboard' on Aug. 7 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the University of Nevada campus.

The Whiteboard initiative, developed jointly by the Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) and the National Association of Collegiate Women Athletics Administrators (NACWAA), goes beyond X's and O's to provide coaches of women's basketball with an opportunity for professional education and personal growth on a grassroots level. The program will cover leadership, values, culture, communication and motivating today's student-athlete.

"We are very pleased to be able to host a Whiteboard session this fall," Senior Associate Athletic Director and Senior Woman Administrator Rhonda Lundin Bennett said. "Jane Albright and our women's basketball staff are committed to professional development and education, and we hope that many coaches in northern Nevada and California are able to participate in what promises to be a great opportunity to learn from some of the best in the business."
