In preparation for the upcoming women's basketball season, the University of Nevada media services department will be putting out a daily 'Meet the Pack' web segment, featuring all members of the Wolf Pack women's basketball team. Our second installment this week is senior Mimi Mungedi, who grew up in Libreville, Gabon. At 6-8, Mungedi is one of the tallest collegiate women's basketball student-athletes in the nation. She enters her senior year just 34 blocked shots shy of setting a new Nevada career record.

What is your favorite basketball memory?

Playing against Cierra Warren of SDSU at the second round of the Mountain West tournament and we won the game. Also, our senior night game against Boise State last year, we were down by 17 points at one moment and came back to win.

If you weren't playing basketball, what sport would you play?
Tennis, I just love that game, the pace and I like the fact that it is win or go home.

Where did you grow up?
Libreville in Gabon

Do you have any pregame rituals or superstitions?
I take a nap, then a shower and head over to Lawlor. Same process for road games but then I head to the bus.

What do you do when you're not playing basketball?
Right now it is about school when I am not playing basketball, hang out with friends when I can.

Who is your favorite NBA/WNBA player?
LeBron James and Candace Parker

What is your favorite part about the game?
Blocking shot, being able to alter shot and when all five of us get a defense stop

What do you like most about Nevada?
The opportunity my coaches gave me

What is the most interesting thing that you want Wolf Pack fans to know about you?
I already graduated and I can cook!!
