Oct. 17, 2014 RENO, Nev. - The University of Nevada women's basketball team will hold a free skills clinic at Lawlor Events Center on Saturday, Nov. 8 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
The event is open to the first 100 girls in grades 1-8 to register and all participants will receive a free t-shirt. The clinic will feature instruction from the Nevada women's basketball coaching staff and student-athletes. Participants will learn the benefits of education and fitness, along with instruction on emphasizing and teaching basketball skills and fundamentals.
