The University of Nevada women's basketball team (5-20, 1-9 WAC) will hit the road for a pair of games, starting with a trip to San Jose Calif. to face the Spartans (9-16, 4-6 WAC) of San Jose State Wednesday at 7:00 p.m.
The Spartans lead the overall series with the Wolf Pack 20-19. San Jose State defeated Nevada earlier this season 86-79 in Reno behind 32 points from Brittany Johnson. Kate Kevorken led Nevada with 25 points. The Spartans are coming off a tough 56-55 loss at New Mexico State last Saturday. San Jose State is led by Brittany Johnson's conference leading 19.6 ppg and 8.3 rpg.
