The University of Nevada women's basketball team will host its season celebration banquet on Monday, April 18 at the Peppermill Resort Spa Casino at 6 p.m. in the Naples rooms 3-5.
In addition to the dinner, highlight videos from the team's historic 2010-11 campaign will be shown and team awards will be given. The celebration is serving as a way to put the end on one of the best seasons in school history. The Pack ended the year with a school record 22 wins and its third appearance in the WNIT, where it collected the first-ever post-season tournament win.
The event will begin at 6 p.m. and anyone interested is invited to attend for a cost of $32 at the door.
