RENO, Nev. - The University of Nevada women's tennis team swept Sonoma State 7-0 at Caughlin Club Saturday.

The win moved Nevada to 7-9 (2-1 WAC), while Sonoma State fell to 10-6.

Only one singles match went three sets, with Gabriela Eufrasio winning a super-tiebreaker 10-3 over Brooke McBride. With the outcome of the match decided, the two played the breaker in place of a full third set.

"We love the way the team is coming together at this time of year," head coach Sylvain Malroux said.

Michelle Okhremchuk defeates the No. 38 ranked Division II player in the nation, Dana Carollo, 6-1, 6-2 at the No. 1 singles position.  Okhremchuk also teamed with Florence De Vrye to win 8-1 at the No. 1 doubles position.

Nevada will take on Boise State at Caughlin Club Sunday at noon.  The Broncos are currently ranked No. 57 in the nation.
