SANTA CLARA, Calif. - The University of Nevada men's tennis team fell to No. 59 Santa Clara by a final score of 7-0 Saturday.

The Wolf Pack fell to 2-6 overall with the loss.  Santa Clara moved to 8-4, earning their third straight victory.

Two singles matches, No.1 and No. 3, went three sets.  Kristian Kuharszky pushed Santa Clara's John Lamble to a 10-8 third set tiebreaker, falling just two points shy of getting the win.

Nevada also won one of the doubles matches contested, as Kuharszky and Wessim Derbel defeated Maxime Armengaud and Nicolas Vinel at the No.1 doubles position.  The one victory was not enough to earn the doubles point, as Santa Clara won at positions No. 2 and No. 3.

Nevada will take on Pacific Sunday to conclude its road trip.
