RENO, Nev. - The University of Nevada women's basketball team (20-8, 9-6 WAC) will travel to Fresno, Calif. to face the Fresno State Bulldogs (22-7, 13-2 WAC) in its final regular season game Saturday, March 5 at 6 p.m.

The Wolf Pack enters the game after making history Monday, Feb. 28 when it defeated LA Tech (22-6, 14-1 WAC) 71-66 to record its first 20-win season in program history.  Nevada now hopes to snap a nine-game losing streak to the Bulldogs that dates back to the 2006-07 season.  The Wolf Pack is just 9-27 all-time against the Bulldogs, having lost the first 10 straight games of the series from 1979-1990.  Nevada first defeated Fresno State in a 77-69 rout Dec. 17, 1991 under then-head coach Tommy Gates.  Since then, Nevada is 8-19, going 7-8 against Fresno State in Reno, Nev. and 1-11 on the road.
