The week before the start of the 2011-12 season, the Unviersity of Nevada women's basketball team traveled around Reno to hand deliver season tickets to Wolf Pack fans. Fans who purchased season tickets were surprised in the evening hours to answer their doors to players and coaches from the team who were personally bringing them their tickets.
The Wolf Pack begins their season with an exhibition game on Wednesday, Nov. 9 against Notre Dame de Namur at 7 p.m., which is free to the public. The season opener begins on Sunday, Nov. 13 St. Martin's at 2 p.m., with both games hosted at Lawlor Events Center.
